Ordered that Charles Ballard and George Vance Recover Against Sarah Howard Twenty four pounds of
Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance One day Each as Evidences on behalf of his Lordship Against
the Said Sarah Howard they haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Henry Lord and Wm. Riggen Recover Against Rachell Dougherty Twenty four pounds of
Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance One day Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Rachell
Dougherty Against John Williams they haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that James Fletcher Recover Against Charles Henderson Seventy Two pounds of tobacco being due unto
him for his Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship Against the Said Charles Henderson
he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Samuel Adams and Benjamin Fransway Recover Against Mary Whittingham forty Eight
Pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance two days Each as Evidences on behalf of
                          agt John Cox
the Said Mary Whittingham ^ they haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Wm. Polk Recover Against Rachall Daugherty forty Eight Pounds of tobacco being due
