The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary General hath transmitted unto this
Court the Account of the Estate of John Wilson decd. wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to the abovesaid
Representative the Sum of One pound fifteen Shillings and Seven pence half penny Curt Monty therefore if the
Abovesaid David Wilson, John Hoffington and Isaac More them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Exrs. Admrs.
do and Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Abovesaid Representatives the afd. Sum of One pound
fifteen Shillings and Seven pence half penny Curt Money According to Act of Assembly when he Shall Arrive at full
Age to Receive the Same then the above Obligation to be Void Else to Remain in full force and Virtue

Ordered that George Levingstin and Samuel Horsey Recover Against Smith Horsey forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto
them for their Attendance Two days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Smith Horsey Against John Evans they haveing Made
Oath to the Same &c

      Ordered that George Levingstin and Samuel Horsey Recover Against Smith Horsey forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco Each
being due unto them for their Attendance two days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Smith Horsey Against Bell Maddox they
haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

                               that is to Say            George Levingstin and three days to Saml. Horsey
being due unto them for their Attendance ^ two days to ^ Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Smith Horsey Against Cornelius Ward
they haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Twenty Pounds of Tobacco being due Unto them for their Attendance that is to Say Two days to George Levingstin and three days to

Daugherty Twenty four Pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance One day Each as Evidences

   Ordered that Alice Griffen Recover Against Benjamin Coulbourn forty Eight pounds of Tobacco being due unto her

   Ordered that Wm. Kennelly Recover Against Mary Quinton forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco being due unto him
for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of His Lordship Against the Said Mary Quinton he haveing made
Oath to the Same &c.

      Ordered that William Kennelly Recover Against David Cordery forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco being due unto him
for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said David Cordery Against his Said Lordship Against the
Said David Cordery he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

      Ordered that Jacob Adams Recover Against Abigal Tomlinson forty Eight pounds of tobacco being due unto him
for his Attendance One day as an Evidence on behalf of the Said his Lordship Against the Said Abigal Tomlinson he haveing
