231. An act to establish, a market and build a market
house in the Town of Cumberland, in Allegany county, and
for the regulation of the same.

232. An additional supplement to an act to regulate the
issuing of licenses to traders, keepers of ordinaries, and
others, passed at December sessisn 1827, chapter 117.

233. An additional supplement to the act, entitled, "an
act for the despatch of business in Baltimore county court."

234. An act to authorize the Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to sell certain property therein mentioned.

235. An act to alter and change, in part, the divisional
line between the second and third election districts of
Washington county,

236. An act to incorporate the Union Church; in Ba-
kersville, in Washington County.

237. A supplement to an act, entitled, "an act, to revive
and amend the act, entitled, an act, to provide for the ap-
pointment of Commissioners for the regulation and improve-

to incorporate the same.

238. An act to repeal the act of the present Session of
the General Assembly, chapter 35, entitled, "an act to au-
thorise certain commissioners, to lay off a road from the
store of William Dorsey, at Back Creek in Somerset Coun-
ty, to the county road, at the expense of said Dorsey."

239. An act to divorce Virginia Williams, from her hus-
band Isaac Williams.

340. An act to divorce Mary Baldwin of Baltimore city,
from her husband James Baldwin.

241. An act to provide for the completion of the Chesa-
peake and Ohio Canal, to Cumberland, and for the comple-
tion of the Baltimore and Susquahanna Rail Road to the
Borough of York, in the State of Pennsylvania.

242. An act to incorporate "The Principle Company of
Cecil County.

243. An act to incorporate the "Thistle Manufacturing
Company.

244. An act to prohibit the Sale of intoxicating liquors,
upon the. Sabbath day.

245. An act for the benefit of Anna Barnett, Benjamin
Barnett and Fanny Barnett.

246. An act for the relief Anne and William Bowen.

247. An act to authorise the Rev'd George L. Macken-
heimer of Prince Georges comity, to bring two female
slaves into this State.
