ter 165.

28. An act to incorporate the Baltimore Beneficial So-
ciety.

29. An act for the benefit of John Mowrey, of Washing,
ton County.

30. An act authorising the Levy Court of Frederick Coun-
ty, at their disscression to levy a sum of money to erect a
brdge over Tom's Creek, on the road from Emmittsburg to
Hagers Town.

31. An act to incorporate the Harmony Beneficial so-
ciety of Baltimore.

32. An act for the benefit of St. Mary's or Silver Run
Church, Concord, or Piney Run Church, Emanuel or
Bausts Church and Benjamin Church, in Frederick County

33. An act to authorise the Burgees and Commissioners
of the town of Williamsport, in Washington County, to
lease, let, sell, or otherwise dispose of a certain lot or par-
cel of ground in said town.

40. An act to make valid the partition of certain Real Es-
tate, lying in Frederick County, in conformity with the
provisions of a certain deed made and executed by and be-
tween Henry Clagget, and Julia Clagget his Wife of the one
part, and Grafton Duvall, and Elizabeth W. Duvall, his wife,
of the other part, bearing date the 25th day of June, in the
year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and twenty
one, and recorded in Liber J. S. No. 13, folios 546, and one
of the Land Records of Frederick County aforesaid.
