INSOLVENT DEB-

TORS. All sales, conveyances, deliveries,

payments, &c.&c.made by an applicant,

ibr benefit of the insolvent law, with a

view to a preference, &c. when such

applicant shall have had no reasonable

expectations of avoiding insolvency,

shall be deemed within the meaning of

the 6th section of original act,
