Where heretofore neglected, arrears
now to be levied with interest, and col-

lected and paid over, according to the

8lh section of original act,

Shall, within one month after having

so levied, return a certificate to that

effect to the treasurer,

In case the treasurer has not received

such before the 1st December, annually,

he shall deduct the amount from the

portion of the school fund, payable to

such county or city,

And apply the same,

To be refunded, however, whenever

such county, &c. shall pay the same into

the treasury,

If the amount of school fund for the

city of Baltimore be not sufficient, &c.

for their quota, treasurer directed to de-

duct the balance from any other monies

payable to said city, &c.
