Passed Feb. 11, 1835

Resolution in favor of Thomas T. Moore.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby autho-
rised and required to pay to Samuel T. Moore, or order,
the sum of money due to his father, William Moore, of
Somerset county, at the time of his death, in virtue of a re-
solution of the Legislature, granting a pension to said Moore,
No. 9.

Resolution in favor of Sarah Martin, widow of Dr. Ennals
Martin, of Talbot County.
Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Sarah Martin,
widow of Dr. Ennals Martin, of Talbot county, Surgeon's
mate in the army of the revolution, the half pay to which her
husband was entitled, during her life.
No. 10.
Resolution relative to binding the copies of the laws of this
State, which are direcled to he annually sent to the seve-
ral County Courts and Orphans' Courts of this State.

Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Clerk of the Council be, and he is hereby authorised and re-
quired to have well bound in call, the copies of the Jaws of
each session, required to be annually sent to the several
County Courts and Orphans' Courts of this Slate; and that
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby
authorised to pay to the order of the Governor, such sum as
shall be necessary to effect the purpose of this resolution.
