vice

Sec 2 And be it enacted, That at the end of each quar,
er of every year, from and after the passage of this act, it
shall be the duly of the Clerk of Baltimore County Court,
to certify to the treasurer of Baltimore County, and to the
Mayor and Register of the city of Baltimore, the amount of
dues tor such quarter of the said Crier and Bailiffs, respec-
tively, and it shall thereupon be the duty of the said Trea-
surer, and of said Mayor and Register respectively forth-

Payment directed

with to pay the said dues in the proportions thereof, in
which the dues of said Crier and Bailiffs are now by law-
payable respectively, by the city of Baltimore and, by Balti-
more County, out of the limits of the city.
