County Court, be, and the same are hereby re-enacted and
continued, except, however, and it is hereby provided, that
the Treasurer of the Western Shore shall so set apart and
apply the monies that he shall receive by virtue of said fifth
section, and by virtue of the eighth sections of the act to
which this is a supplement, and of the first and second
sections of the act of eighteen hundred and thirty three,
chapter one hundred and seventy three, or by virtue of any

of the provisions of tins act, that if in any quarter, or at
the end of any year, a deficiency shall exist in respect of
the yearly allowance of eight hundred dollars to each of the
Judges of Baltimore County Court, the same and all like
deficiencies that shall occur dining the continuance of this
act, shall he paid and made up out of any excess or excesses
of receipts of any other year or years, or quarter years, to
the end that said excesses, from time to time received du-
ring said continuance, shall he a fund for paying and mak
ing up the deficiencies aforesaid, that shall, during said

continuance, from time to time occur, Provided, however,
that any surplus which, alter satisfying the said deficiencies,
shall be at the end of the term for which this act is to con-
tinue, shall ensure to the benefit of the State

Sec 5 And be it enacted, That the act of eighteen hun-
dred and thirty one, chapter fifteen, entitled, an act supple-
mentary to the act, entitled an act for the despatch of busi-
ness in Baltimore County Court, be, and the same is hereby
repealed

tled, an act for the dispatch of business in Baltimore

dred and thirty two, chapter two hundred and thiee, entitled
a further supplement to the act, entitled, an act for the de
spatch of business in Baltimore County Court, be, and the
same are hereby re enacted and continued.

Act reenacted

Sec 8 And be it, enacted, That the act of eighteen him-
dred and thirty three, chapter one hundred and seventy-
three, entitled, an additional supplement to the act, entitled,
an act for the despatch of business in Baltimore County
Court, be, and the same is hereby subject to the provisions
of the fourth sections of this act, re enacted and continued,
except the ninth section thereof, which is hereby repealed.
