An act to authorise George Reed, William Whitely, and William H. Lockwood, as trustees of Caleb Lockwood, to sell the unexpired term of service of certain negroes in the state of Delaware; 3. An act for the benefit of the German Baptist or Tunkers Society of Frederick county; 4. An act to authorise the justices of the levy court of Allegany county to shut up certain streets and alleys in the town of Cumberland, in Allegany county; 5. An act to change the name of William W.
