STREETS AND ALLEYS.
    In any suit where the state is plaintiff
and the sheriff &c return property as
taken in execution unsold for the want
of buyers, and the sheriff thereafter becomes
insolvent or neglects to make sale
&c the attorney prosecuting in that case
may issue a new execution directed to
the sheriff &c. for the time being, who
shall proceed to seize and sell said property,

an appeal as to the value of a certain
lot condemned &c,

of the state lotteries are pledged,

    Authority to close certain, in Cumberland,
    In Baltimore city; the Mayor and city
council authorised to pas all ordinances
for grading, regulating and repairing
the side walks on, and laying a
tax and compelling the proprietors by
fine to pave &c,
