    COUNTY.
    Board constituted for the appointment
of brigade collectors, to take bond, etc.,
and audit his accounts annually on the
first Monday of September
    The list of all fines, etc., shall be delivered
to and collected by the collector,
who shall pay over as much thereof as
shall be necessary for the repair of arms,
payment of musicians, and other incidental
expenses
    All surplus funds, etc. shall be vested
by the board of officers, etc. until sufficient
is accumulated to erect one or
more arsenals, when said board shall so
apply it
    Compliment of officers similar in number
and rank, to that of the U. S. Army
regulations
    Third regiment of riflemen formed
    Commissions to be revoked in case of
certain diminutions occurring in the respective
corps
    Acts inconsistent with this, repealed

    The Principal, Vice Principal, Students,
Scholars, and such necessary
ministers and servants as give constant
attendance on the business of Mount Saint
Mary's College, exempt from, except in
case of actual invasion, and military law
is declared

    Authority to build a bridge over


    Supplement to the act for opening
and laying out a road through part of,
&c.
    Altering the present mode of appointing
the Levy Court for, so that each election
district may have one member
    Sheriff of, allowed not more than 25
cents per day for finding prisoners in
victuals; and so much of the act of 1816,
chap. 178, as relates to Montgomery
county, repealed
