Any person (except in the city of Baltimore,)
thinking themselves aggrieved,
&c., may appeal at any time within sixty
days of the date of such magistrates'
judgment; provided they give bond &c.
to prosecute said appeal, at the next succeeding
county court, &c.; which appeal
shall have the same effect as a supersedeas,
&c., as if the appeal bond had been
filed, as now required by law; and the
county court shall hear and determine
&c.

Newtown Trap to Harper's Ferry
Absolutely divorced to all intents and
purposes
Authorising overseers of roads in, to
cut such openings in banks erected on
the sides of roads, as may be necessary
to permit water to pass off; and imposing
a penalty for suffering water to lay
on the road, for want thereof
Levy Court authorised to levy not
exceeding thirty dollars, to keep in repair
a road crossing the waste way of
Shaw's Mill
