At Port Deposit; to provide for the;
requiring the appointment of an inspector,
and specifying his duties, the qualities
and marking of shingles, &c.
For establishing an, in the city of Annapolis
Supplement to the act to regulate;
authorising the breaking up any hogshead
which has been inspected, &c., and repacking
it in parcels of any size, and the
same to export, &c., allowing the captain
of the vessel in which it is shipped,
to receive the same, provided the quantity
does not exceed the weight set forth
in the original manifest; requiring the
captain's oath, on delivering to the U. S.
Collector the original manifest, that he
believes the parcels contain no greater
quantity
The exporter of any such parcels of
Tobacco, shall mark them with the
weight they contain, under oath, the
State in which the tobacco was grown,
and the number of the manifest of the
hogshead from which the same was
taken

Of ground Black-oak Bark; supplement
to the act for; fixing $1.50 as compensation
to inspector, to be paid by
purchaser; and repealing the former act,
so far as it is repugnant thereto
