    Further supplement for the relief of,
authority to the courts to award to creditors
or petitioners reasonable costs accruing
on their cases
    Supplement to the act relating to, in
the city of Baltimore
    In cases where the commissioners of
insolvent debtors make an unfavorable
report against a petitioner, Baltimore
County Court, on his application, shall
fully examine into the case; and if there
be charges of fraud, &c., to cause an issue
to be framed in a summary way,
without the form of action, to determine
the truth of the same by a jury
    If, upon such examination, the court
think him entitled to the benefit, &c.; or,
if the jury find in favor of the petitioner,
he shall have granted to him the benefit,
&c., notwithstanding the unfavorable report,
&c.
    On the appointment of a provisional
trustee, &c., and on his filing his bond,
&c., shall vest in such trustee all the estate,
property, effects, &c., and shall
operate as an authority to such trustee
to take possession, for the benefit of the
