EXECUTIONS
    Authorised to sue in their own name,

    Whether from the city or county, in
Baltimore county court, to be heard and
decided by said court or any Judge
thereof, to whom the duty shall be assigned,
at any time when court is in session,

    Relief of; insolvent laws extend to,

    In the city of Baltimore, to open and
extend,

    Transcripts from the books of inspectors
of Tobacco, certified under hand
and seal of the inspector made legal,
    Relating to; the private laws and resolutions,
may be read in evidence in
any court &c. from the printed statute
books in the same manner public laws
are, &c.
    Testimony or depositions taken before
commissioners &c. under the act of
1828, chapter 165, in Charles, Caroline
Washington and Calvert counties, in
relation to public roads &c. shall be received
without the person attendance
of the witness &c,

    Schedule of goods taken by sheriff
in, may be amended in case of death, removal
or resignation, of the sheriff,
    In case of any sheriff &c. taking goods
&c. in, and returns the same as unsold
for want of buyers &c. and shall neglect,
or omit to make sale thereof, within
five years, the plaintiff &c. may either
renew said execution and direct it
to the sheriff &c. for the time being, or
may have the same proceedings as by
law is provided in cases where a sheriff
removes out of the county &c. without
&c.
    Upon judgments confessed, or decrees
passed by consent, in Baltimore
county Court, on the city docket thereof,
thirty days stay shall be allowed
from date of entry,
