    Regulations respecting the quality of
silver plate sold in.  See silver plate.
    Mayor and City Council of, authorised
to extend, open and condemn, a certain
Alley laid off by John E. Howard,
eastwardly from Eutaw street,
    See Pratt Street and,
    — Monument Street and,
    Mayor and City Council of, authorised
in regard to part of the old Joppa
Road, to enclose or make certain dispositions
thereof,
    Mayor and City Council of, required
to lay off the city into as many districts
as there are wood corders therein,
    Mayor of, required on the first Monday
of April next and every other Monday
thereafter, to assign to each wood
corder, the district in which he shall act
during the next two weeks,
    Wood in wood yard, for sale in, subject
to the same regulations as wood
landed at wharves,
   Additional supplement to the act relating
to; authorising the Mayor and
City Council to pass all ordinances necessary
for the grading, regulating paving
and repairing foot-ways, in the
streets, lanes and alleys, of, to impose
tax, and compel by fine &c. the paving
&c. &c.
    Further supplement to the act relating
to the; authorising the Mayor and City
Council to pass ordinances for altering
or changing the grade of any street,
lane or alley, in case the proprietors of
the greater number of feet fronting thereon,
and proposed to be altered, shall
first apply &c.
    The property of Saint Mary's Orphaline
Female School, and of the Roman
Catholic Free School in, exempted
from taxation,
    To establish the grade of West Baltimore
street, in, between Paca and Cove
streets; confirming the grade established
by the precinct commissioners,
    Hay and straw brought to; for sale, in,
to be weighed by the neat hundred and
