    Sec. 16.  And be it enacted, That the thirty-fifth section of
the original act of incorporation, be and the same [are] hereby
repealed.

                                        CHAPTER 62.

                        An act for the relief of Isaac Coale.


Passed Feb. 5, 1830.
    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Isaac Coale, of Harford county, be, and he is hereby authorised
and empowered to apply for the benefit of the Insolvent Law
of this State, notwithstanding he may not have the residence
in the State required by law, for that purpose, Provided, that
the said Isaac Coale, shall satisfactorily prove to the Judge of
the orphans court, or county court of Harford county, to whom
he may make his application, that he did not remove to this
State for the purpose of availing himself of the benefit of the
Insolvent Law; And provided also, that the said Isaac Coale,
shall comply with all the requisitions of the Act of Assembly,
passed at November session 1805, chapter 110, and the several
supplements thereto.

                                        CHAPTER 63.

An act to regulate the manner of Granting out County Pensions
                               for Anne-Arundel County.



Passed Feb. 5, 1830.
    Section 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the power of granting out county pensions for
Anne-Arundel county be, and the same is hereby vested in the
Commissioners for said county.
    Commissioners to
grant out pensions.
    Sec. 2.  And be it enacted, That no one shall be placed upon
the list of out county pensioners, for Anne-Arundel county,
who is a freeholder of said county, or who is enabled to obtain
a livelihood by application to any honest and lawful occupation;
or who has not for one year immediately preceding
his or her application, been a resident of the county aforesaid;
or who is in the habit of debasing himself or herself by frequent
intoxication, and other demoralizing vices, or who is
not a naturalized citizen of the United States.
    Prohibited to
grant to.
    Sec. 3.  And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
Commissioners for Anne-Arundel county, carefully to examine
the list of out county pensioners and to expunge therefrom,
every one whose case does not come within the provisions of
the preceding section.
