000.00) for the purpose of building and repairing the public
roads of said county. The payment of money so borrowed
to be secured by the note or notes of said County Commission-
ers, such note or notes to be issued on the order of said Com-
missioners, and to be signed by the President of said County
Commissioners and countersigned by the Treasurer of Wi-
comico County, and bear interest from date of making same,
said notes to be paid out of the levy to be made in the year
1920.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners are hereby empowered and directed to levy
upon the assessable property of said county in the levy to be
made in the year 1920, a sufficient sum of money to pay the
note or notes so issued and the interest thereon, -same to be
collected as other taxes are now collected in said county.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this is an emer-
gency law. necessary for the health and safety of the citizens
of Wicomico County, on account of the dangerous condition
of the public roads therein and three-fifths of the members
of the General Assembly concurring therein, shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning fraudulent conveyances and to make uni-
form the law relating thereto; and to enact an additional
Article of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland
(Bagby's Code) entitled "Fraudulent Conveyances," to
follow Article 39A of said Code and to be known a.s
Article 39B, said new Article to consist of fourteen
sections.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional Article of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland (Bagby's Code) entitled "Fraudulent Con-
veyances. '' is hereby enacted to follow Article 39A of said
Code and to be known as Article 39B, said new Article to con-
sist of Table of Contents and fourteen sections as follows:
