CHAPTER 367.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the State Roads Commis-
sion of Maryland to build, construct and maintain a
State Road from the west end of concrete road from
Salisbury to Quantico, in "Wicomico County, to Nanti-
coke, in said county, a distance of ten miles.

CHAPTER 368.

AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission to con-
struct an improved road from Eldorado in Dorchester
County to Federalsburg in Caroline County.

CHAPTER 369.

AN ACT to authorize and request the State Roads Commis-
sion to construct a State road from Welcome, by way of
Pisgah and Franklin's Store, to Marbury, in Charles
County.

CHAPTER 370.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Commissioners of
Leonardtown to build and construct a water supply sys-
tem including drilled wells, receiving reservoir, pumping
station, elevated tank and tower, mains, connections and
fire hydrants for the town of Leonardtown; to provide for
the maintenance, operation of same; to provide for the
issuance of bonds for the purpose of such construction,
and the levy of taxes, assessments and benefits, water
charges and rates for the payment of said bonds, and the
operation, maintenance, regulation and control of said
system; and to provide for the right to condemn prop-
erty.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Commissioners of Leonardtown be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to build and construct
a water supply system, for the town of Leonardtown, St.
