CHAPTER 356.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 5-B
of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Allegany County," as said section was en-
acted by Chapter 299 of the Acts of 1918, relating to the
Bureau of Identification.

CHAPTER 357.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Williamsport," to be known as Sec-
tion 405-A, t6 follow immediately after Section 405 of
said Article, relating to the election of town officers.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Williamsport," to be
known as Section 405-A, to follow immediately after Section
405 of said Article, and to read as follows:
405-A. No person shall be voted for at any election pro-
vided for in the preceding section, and no person shall be
eligible to hold any of the offices provided for in the preceding
section, unless such person shall announce his candidacy for
such office by publication in some newspaper published in
Williamsport. Maryland, at least ten days before said election,
or unless such person be nominated at some primary or meet-
ing held by citizens of the town of Williamsport and the re-
sult of which primary or meeting has been announced by
publication in some newspaper published, in said Washington
County at least five days before said election.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of St. Mary's County to issue bonds on the credit of said
county to the amount of two hundred thousand ($200,-
