debt within five years from the date of the sending of such
insane nerson to a State hospital for the insane, unless by
order of the proper court, where such property is liable to
deteriorate in value during the time above specified, and when
sold as above the Circuit Court for the county shall order the
proceeds thereof to be safely invested for the benefit of such
insane person.

CHAPTER 352.

AN ACT to prohibit the running at large of live stock on the
public road within one mile of Galesville, in Anne Arun-
del County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful for the owner or owners of
any live stock to permit the same to run at large or to be upon
the public roads on Anne Arundel County within one mile of
the Village of Galesville, in Anne Arundel County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That for the violation of
the aforegoing section the offender or offenders shall be liable
to a fine of not more than five dollars for the first offense and
not more than twenty-five dollars for any subsequent offense/
to be imposed by any Justice of the Peace of Anne Arundel
County, upon whom jurisdiction is hereby conferred for the
purposes of this Act, said fines to be collected as other fines
are now collected in said county, and in default in the pay-
ment thereof, to be committed to jail of said county for a
period not exceeding thirty (30) days.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 353.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to co-operate with the State
Roads Commission in the construction of five miles of
concrete road over the old road bed from Sligo through
Burnt Mills and on towards Colesville and Ashton, and
to issue the bonds of said county to the extent of seventy-
