600 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [ CH. 350

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the minister or moderator
shall appoint three persons to be the judges of each and every
election that shall be held for the electing members of the
said Committee of said body corporate.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That said body corporate shall
be capable of purchasing hereafter real and personal prop-
erty not exceeding in value the sum of fifty thousand dollars.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the name of "The Commit-
tee of the Presbyterian Church at Manokin, in Somerset
County," is changed to "The Committee of the Manokin
Presbyterian Church, at Princess Anne, Maryland."

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That all the acts and deeds of
"The Committee of the Presbyterian Church at Manokin, in
Somerset County," heretofore incorporated which are not in-
consistent with the laws or Constitution of this State or the
United States be and they are hereby made good and valid in
law.

CHAPTER 350.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
332, 333, 334, 336, 339 and 340 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Baltimore
County," sub-title, "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks,"
as codified by T. Scott Offutt. Esq., regulating the manu-
facture and sale of certain alcoholic and fermented bev-
erages.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 332, 333, 334, 336, 339 and 340 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title,
"Baltimore 'County," sub-title, "Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks," as codified by T. Scott Offutt, Esq., be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

332. No person shall hereafter manufacture, sell, offer for
sale, or keep for sale in Baltimore County, any alcoholic or
fermented beverages containing less than the maximum of
alcohol by volume permitted by law, being non-intoxicating
beverages within Baltimore County within the meaning of the
Eighteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United
