same shall furnish said clerk with a statement of the build-
ings, if any, upon the land conveyed by said deed, and the
price paid for the property. All Acts or parts of Acts, incon-
sistent herewith are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 326.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 15 of the Code of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title '' Kent County,''
sub-title '' Chestertown," the said new section to follow
immediately after Section 65A, and to be designated as
Section 65B, so as to read as follows:

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be added to Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title
"Chestertown," to follow immediately after Section 65B, and
to read as follows:

65B. That the Commissioners of Chestertown may levy on
the assessable property of Chestertown such sum of money as
they may deem necessary, not exceeding fifteen cents on the
hundred dollars, in any one year, in addition to the levy of
fifty cents on the hundred dollars now authorized by law, and
to have the same powers in the collection of such additional
sum as they may levy, as they now possess.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of June, 1920.

CHAPTER 327.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 4,
25 and 29 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, title "Corporations," as said sections of said Article
were amended by Chapter 596 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1916, relating to the recording
of charters, amendments of charters and articles of con-
solidation of corporations with the State Tax Commission
and the Secretary of State and the fee to be charged
therefor, and the disposition of such fees.
