county in which a case of pulmonary or laryngeal tuberculosis
has been reported in accordance with the provisions of Sec-
tion 86, a report giving the name and address of the person so
suffering and naming such procedures and precautions as in
the opinion of the State Board of Health are necessary or
desirable to be taken on the premises of the said tuberculosis
case. Upon receipt of this report it shall be the duty of the
said local health officer to see that the precautions and pro-
cedures therein named are carried out in such a way as to
insure the safety of all persons living in the house or apart-
ments occupied by the patient and to insure the safety of the
people of the State of Maryland. It shall also be the duty of
the State Board of Health to transmit to the physician mak-
ing the report required under Section 86 instructions for the
use of the patient and the members of his or her family for
the prevention of the transmission of the disease, together with
a printed requisition blank, upon which shall be named the
materials kept on hand by the State Board of Health for the
prevention of the spread of the disease. The State Board of
Health shall purchase such supplies as it shall deem necessary
to carry out the provisions of this section and shall supply
them to any physician reporting a case of tuberculosis as
required in Section 86, upon return of the requisition blank
aforementioned properly filled out and signed. It shall be the
duty of the physician to inform the patient and the members
of his or her family of the instructions received from the
State Board of Health and to furnish them with the supplies
received from the State Board of Health.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with this Act be and the same are hereby
repealed.

of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Health," sub-title "Adulteration of Food and Drink."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 153 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
