CHAPTER 284.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
122B of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Alegany County," sub-title "Fish,"
as enacted by Chapter 327 of the Acts of 1918, relating to
fishing in certain streams.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 122B of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County," sub-title
"Fish," us enacted by Chapter 327 of the Acts of 1918, be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to
read as follows:
122B. From and after the passage of this Act and until
the fifteenth day of April, 1922, it shall be unlawful to. fish
or attempt to fish, take or attempt to take, any fish from the
following streams in Allegany County: Mill Creek. Mill Run,
Warriors Run, Rock Gulley Creek, Bottle Run, Dickensen
Run, Murley's Branch, North Branch of Jenning's Run,
Woodcock Hollow Run, and Laurel Run; but after said close
season the said waters and creeks shall be opened for fishing
under all restrictions of law, and it shall be lawful thereafter
to take or catch trout (not less than six inches) from the
fifteenth day of April to the first day of July, both inclusive,
in each and every year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect. June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 285.
AN ACT to, repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 179
of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Al-
legany County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and
Constables," as the same was amended by Act of 1902,
Chapter 197, and by Act of 1904, Chapter 249, and by
Act of 1906, Chapter .27, and by Act of 1908, Chapter 490,
with the object providing for the appointment of Justices
of the Peace for Allegany County and fixing the salaries
oP the Justices of the Peace for the districts comprising
the City of Cumberland.
