SECTION 3. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of
the sale of two hundred thousand ($200,000) dollars of said
bonds shall be used for the erection of school buildings and
for paying for buildings already erected or contracted for, the
proceeds of the sale of two hundred thousand ($200,000) dol-
lars of said bonds shall be used for the payment of turnpike
roads acquired by the County Commissioners, and for roads,
bridges and road improvements, and the proceeds of the sale
of the remaining one hundred thousand ($100,000) dollars of
said bonds shall be used for the erection of school buildings,
for acquiring turnpike roads, or for road improvements, and
in such proportion, as to the said Commissioners may seem
best.
SECTION 4. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners of Washington County be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to levy annually on the taxable prop-
erty of said county a sum of money sufficient to pay the inter-
est on said bonds and to redeem said bonds as they mature and
become payable, said taxes to be collected in like manner as
other taxes are collected, and when collected shall be applied
to the payment of the interest on said bonds and to the
redemption of said bonds as they mature and become payable.
SECTION 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 188.
AN ACT to repeal Article LXV of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (Bagby's Edition), title "Militia," and all
amendments thereto; and to enact in lieu thereof a new
Article LXV of the Annotated Code, comprising 73 sec-
tions, numbered 1 to 73, inclusive, the same containing a
revision of the Militia Laws of the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article LXV of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(Bagby's Edition), title "Militia," and all amendments
thereto, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That in lieu of the
Article repealed in Section 1 of this Act, a new Article LXV
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition), title
