County Commissioners and the proceeds from the sale thereof
shall be paid, as soon as received by the said County Commis-
sioners, to the County Board of Education of Talbot County,
who shall use and apply the same for building, equipping and
furnishing a school building at Trappe in said county, in-
cluding the purchase of sufficient land if necessary, and for
no other purpose.
SECTION 2. And be it enacted, That the said bonds shall be
issued to mature, four during each and every year, beginning
two years from the date of the same; and that the said bonds,
with interest thereon, shall be redeemed by said County Com-
missioners, four during each and every year, beginning1 two
years from the date of issue as aforesaid, until the whole of
said issue shall have been redeemed, and the date of issue
shall be the same on all bonds authorized by this Act.
SECTION 3. And be it enacted, That to redeem said bonds,
and pay interest thereon, the County Commissioners shall an-
nually levy upon the assessable property of Talbot County, a
tax sufficient to pay the four bonds maturing each and every
year, beginning as aforesaid, and interest on all of the bonds
authorized by this Act, outstanding and unredeemed; the said
levy to be separately kept and to be designated as "Trappe
School Building Fund."
SECTION 4. And be it enacted, That the bonds hereby au-
thorized shall be exempt from all State, county and municipal
taxes, and that coupons for interest shall be received by the
County Treasurer of Talbot County in payment of county
taxes.
SECTION 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on and after June 1st, 1920.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Common
Council of Union Bridge, to build and construct a sewer-
age system, including a sewage disposal plant for the town
of Union Bridge; to provide for the issuance of bonds for
