CHAPTER 106.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 556 of the Acts of 1914, entitled
"An Act to provide that for a period of ten years it shall
be unlawful to catch, kill, take or have in possession any
sturgeon in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and tribu-
taries" and to make it unlawful to catch, kill, take, sell
or have in possession any sturgeon less than four feet in
length.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 107.

AN ACT to provide for additional compensation to the Judges
of the Orphans' Court for Talbot County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Talbot County
shall each receive, in addition to the compensation now re-
ceived, the sum of one dollar per day for every day's attend-
ance upon the sessions of said Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

Approved April 16, 1920.

CHAPTER 108.

AN ACT to amend Article 35 of the Annotated (Bagby's)
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Evi-
dence," by adding a new and additional section thereto, to
be known as Section 68, sub-title "Presumptions of Sur-
vivorship."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 35 of the Annotated (Bagby's) Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Evidence" be
amended by adding a new and additional-section thereto, to be
known as Section 68, sub-title "Presumptions of Survivor-
ship," the same to read as follows:

SECTION 68. PRESUMPTIONS OF SURVIVORSHIP.
