1428 LAWS OF MARYLAND [CH. 732

Church, a body corporate, dated July 5, 1903, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County, in Liber N.
B. M. No. 269, folio 303, containing three acres of land, more
or less.

(110) To the following bequests under the last will and
testament of George W. Hubbard, late of Dorchester County,
deceased, dated June 20, 1919 :

(a) The sum of five hundred dollars to Beckwith's Church,
Dorchester County, Maryland.

(b) The sum of two hundred dollars to The Cemetery
Company of Cambridge, Maryland.

(c) The sum of two hundred dollars to the Cambridge
Lodge No. 66, A. F. & A., Masons, of Cambridge, Maryland.

(110) To the conveyance of a lot of ground described in
a deed from Samuel 0. Bevans and Christiana C. Bevans, his
wife, to the Homestead Methodist Episcopal Church of Balti-
more County, dated May 13, 1919, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3326,
folio 409, &c.

(111) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Mosheim M. Metzger, recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Frederick County in Liber A. M.
P. No. 1, folio 69:

(a) The-sum of five hundred dollars to St. Paul's Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church Council of Myersville, Maryland.

(b) The sum of five hundred dollars to the Pastor's Fund
Society of the General Synod of the Lutheran Church in the
United States of America.

(112) To the bequest of one hundred and sixty-seven dol-
lars to the Vestry of Somerset Parish of the Protestant Epis-
copal Church in the Diocese of Easton, Maryland (named in
will "Vestry of St. Andrew's Protestant Episcopal Parish in
Somerset County, Maryland"), to be used in keeping in good
order the grave of the mother and two brothers of the testa-
trix, contained in the last will and testament of Maria C. J.
MacDaniel, deceased, duly recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, in "Wills," Book H. W. J. No. 128.
