are properly prepared and duly executed as described, the
County Commissioners of Wicomico County are hereby au-
thorized and required to sell said bonds to the best possible
advantage at public or private sale, at such time or times, and
on such notice as they may deem, best, at not less than par and
accrued interest, provided that said bonds shall be sold on com-
petitive bidding by sealed offers, with the privilege of reject-
ing any and all bids, and the money arising from the sale of
said bonds shall be kept by the County Treasurer in a sepa-
rate fund known as "Public School Improvement Bonds of
Wicomico County," to be used for the purpose of paying for
sites for new school houses, building of new school houses, and
purchasing equipment for same, improving and repairing old
school houses and the equipment of same in Wieomico County,
Maryland, and the said money arising from the sale of said
bonds shall be expended as follows: Addition, alteration and
equipment to the Wicomico High School, seventy thousand
dollars ($70,000.00) ; addition to an elementary school in
Salisbury, or land, new building and equipment for an ele-
mentary school in Salisbury, twenty-five thousand dollars
($25,000.00) ; land, new school building and equipment known
as Leonard's, thirty-three hundred dollars ($3,300.00) ; new
school building and equipment known as Oakland, thirty-
three hundred dollars ($3,300.00) ; addition to Willard's school
building and equipment for same, twenty-two hundred dol-
lars ($2,200.00) ; alterations and addition to school building
at Powellville and equipment for same, twenty-seven hundred
dollars ($2,700.00) ; land, new school building and equipment
known as Cherry Walk, three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) ;
repairs and improvements to Camden primary school build-
ing and equipment, three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) ; re-
pairs to Salisbury grammar school building and equipment,
twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) ; land, new school
building and the equipment for same at Sharptown, fifty
thousand dollars ($50,000.00) ; new school building and equip-
ment for colored school known as Wetopquin, five thousand
dollars ($5,000.00) ; new school building and equipment for
Colored Industrial School in Salisbury, thirty thousand dol-
lars ($30,000.00) ; but the misapplication of the funds so
allotted as herein provided shall not in any way affect or in-
validate the legality of said bonds issued under the power
granted in this Act to issue said bonds. The said sum of two
