(25) To the bequest under the will of Mary Augusta Hig-
gins, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in "Wills" Liber H. W. J. No. 131, folio 220 of
three hundred dollars to the Associated Professors of Loyola
College in the City of Baltimore (called in will St. Ignatius'
Church), and one hundred dollars under said will to said Asso-
ciated Professors for masses for testatrix.
(26) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Frank-
lin Street Methodist Episcopal Church under the will of Sarah
C. Hullett, deceased, filed in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City July'16, 1919.
(27) To the following bequests under the will of Emily
Smallwood, deceased, recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in "Wilts" Liber H. W. J. No. 128,
folio 465:
(a) The bequest to Domestic and Foreign Missionary So-
ciety of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States
of America of two-thirds interest; and to the Maryland Branch
of the Shut-In Society of one-third interest in remainder after
the death of Rosa S. Briscoe in $16,000 fund.
(b) The bequest to Vestry of Severn Parish, Diocese of
Maryland, of one-third interest and to St. Stephen Church.
Millersville, Maryland, of two-thirds interest in remainder
after the death of Charlotte Briscoe in $16,000 fund.
(28) To the gift under deed from Florence Gross Horwitz
Segalla di San Galla to Safe Deposit and Trust Co. of Balti-
Baltimore, dated June 20, 1917, of ten thousand dollars to St.
Agnes' Hospital.
(29) Gifts under deed from Florence Gross Horwitz
Segalla di San Galla to afe Deposit and Trust Co. of Balti-
more, dated June 20, 1917, of seven thousand five hundred dol-
lars to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, Mary-
land, for the time being, and of one thousand dollars to the
Associated Professors of Loyola College in the City of Balti-
more for the benefit of St. Ignatius' Church.
(30) To the following bequests under the will of Edward
Austin Jenkins recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
