south side of what is known in the Riverdale Park sub-division
as Monroe avenue thence at an angle and in a northeasterly
direction to the dividing line of Lots No. 57 and 58 in Block
No. 1 of the said sub-division known as Riverdale Park; thence
in a northerly direction by and with said dividing line between
Lots No. 57 and 58 in aforesaid Block No. 1 to what is now
known as the Calvert property ; thence along the south line of
said Calvert property to a point where the dividing line be-
tween Lots No. 29 and No. 30 in Block No. 1 aforesaid, inter-
sects the south line -of said Calvert property ; thence in a south-
erly direction by and with the dividing line between said Lots
No. 29 and No. 30 in the aforesaid Block No. 1 to the north
side of what is known as Monroe avenue; thence in a south-
easterly direction to a point in the center of the intersection
of Monroe and Arthur avenues; thence on a line in a south-
erly direction through the center of said Arthur avenue to the
center of the intersection of said Arthur and Madison ave-
nues, the place of beginning.

Ward Numbered Three shall be contained within the follow-
ing bounds:

Beginning for the same at the center ol' the intersection
of Madison and Arthur avenues as the same are laid out
in the plat hereinbefore mentioned; thence on a line drawn
through the center of said Madison avenue to a point 50
feet, east of the eastern boundary of Block No. 38: thence
following in a reversed direction the corporate boundaries
as set out in Section Two of this Act to the southeast corner
of Lot No. 32 in Block No. 71 ; thence in the northwesterly
direction by and with the western boundary of Blcck 71 in
said Riverdale Park sub-division to the dividing line between
Lots No. S and No. 9 in said Block No. 71 of said sub-division,
thence by and with said dividing line in an easterly direction
to the west side of what is known as Roosevelt avenue as the
same is recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
County, Maryland, in Liber J. W. B. No. 5, folio 688; thence
in an easterly direction along what on said plat is known as
Clinton avenue to a point in the center of the intersection of
Clinton and Arthur avenues; thence in a northerly direction
on a line drawn through the center of Arthur avenue to its
intersection with Madison avenue, the place of beginning.

Ward Numbered Four shall be contained within the fol-
lowing bounds:
