116-R. No boxer or wrestler shall be permitted to enter the
ring unless he has been declared in physical fitness by a
competent physician.
All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby
repealed, to the extent of such inconsistency, and if any sec-
tion or provision of this Act shall be declared to be unconsti-
tutional or unauthorized by any court of competent jurisdic-
tion, such decision shall affect only the section or provision
declared to be unconstitutional or unauthorized, and not affect
any other section or part of this Act.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That should any of the
paragraphs or parts of paragraphs contained in Section 1 of,
this Act be held to be unconstitutional and void by the Court
of Appeals of this State, it is hereby expressly declared that
the remaining paragraphs or parts of paragraphs of said
Section 1 of this Act, are not to be invalidated thereby, but are
to remain in full force and effect as if the paragraphs or parts
of paragraphs held unconstitutional had never been enacted,
and that all other Acts, whether general or local, public or pri-
vate, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and the
same are hereby repealed, to the extent of such inconsistency;
provided, this Act shall only apply to the City of Baltimore.

CHAPTER 711.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the directors of the
Sharps' Cemetery Company, Incorporated, to exercise sole
control and management of Sharps' Graveyard, in Cecil
County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the directors of the Sharps' Cemetery Company,
fncorporated, two of which, at least, shall be trustees of the
Rock Presbyterian Church, in Cecil County, be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to exercise sole control
and management of Sharps' Graveyard, in Cecil County, in
the State of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That this Act shall take effect from June 1st, 1920.
