present limits of the said city may be liable; provided, how-
ever, that after the year 1930, the present Anne Arundel
County rate of taxation and assessment shall not be increased
for city purposes on any landed property within the said
territory until avenues, streets or alleys shall have been opened
and constructed through the same by said city, nor until there
shall be upon every block of ground so to be formed at least six
dwelling or store houses ready for occupation.

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on the first day of June, 1920.

CHAPTER 687.

AN ACT to repeal Section 237 of Article 43, title "Health,"
sub-title "Undertakers," of Volume 4 of the Annotated
Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, and Sec-
tions 239 and 240 of Article 43 of Volume 1 of the Anno-
tated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, and
to re-enact the said sections, with amendments, so as to
change the amount of fees required by said sections to be
paid, and to provide for registering Assistant Under-
takers without examination.

AN ACT to incorporate the Montgomery County Agricultural
Society, an association which has been formed in Mont-
gomery County for the promotion and encouragement of
Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts in all their branches.
