SECTION 28 F. And be it further enacted, That the neces-
sary expenses of the elections provided for by this Act shall
be paid by the City of Annapolis; and the said judges and
clerks shall receive the compensation fixed by law in reference
to general elections.

SECTION 28 G. And be it further enacted, That all the pro-
visions of the Constitution of Maryland, and of the Charter
of the City of Annapolis, and all Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland supplementary and in addition to said Char-
ter now in force, and all the provisions of the Code of Public
Laws of Maryland, entitled "Anne Arundel County," sub-
title "Annapolis," and all amendments and additions thereto,
shall he and the same are hereby extended and made appli-
cable to such portions of Anne Arundel County as shall, un-
der the provisions of this Act be annexed to and made a
part of the City of Annapolis; and thereupon all the pro-
visions of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland relating
to Anne Arundel County shall cease to be in force in such
portions of Anne Arundel County as shall under the provisions
of this Act, be annexed to and made a part of the City of An-
napolis, except to such extent as the same are in force in the
present limits of the City of Annapolis.

SECTION 28 H. And be it further enacted, That the Clerk of
the Supervisors of Election for Anne Arundel County shall
. cause to be made out, under his hand and seal, two copies of
the poll books or lists of qualified and registered voters of the
first and third precincts of the Second Election District of
Anne Arundel County, the expense of preparing said poll
books to be paid by the City of Annapolis, and shall on the
Saturday preceding the fourth Tuesday in June, 1920, deliver
the said poll books to the Mayor of the City of Annapolis, who
shall before the opening of the polls on the morning of the
fourth Tuesday in June, 1920, for the holding of said election
by this Act provided for, deliver to the respective judges ap-
pointed to hold said election in each of the proposed annexed
territory, the poll books or lists of qualified and registered
voters pertaining to the proposed annexed territory over which
said judges are to preside.

SECTION 28 I. And be it further enacted. That when the ter-
ritory embraced in Section-28 A shall become annexed to the
City of Annapolis as herein provided, the Mayor and City
