in Allegany County, under Section 8 of Article 56 of
Bagby's Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Licenses,' sub-title 'Billiards,' to close at twelve o'clock
midnight," by increasing the age at which minors may
play billiards from 14 years to 16 years of age.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1 of Chapter 140 of the Acts of 1916, en-
titled "An Act to require all licensed keepers of a billiard
table or tables, in Allegany County, under Section 8 of Article
56 of Bagby 's Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Licenses,' sub-title 'Billiards,' to close at twelve o'clock mid-
night," be and the same is hereby repealed ami re-enacted with
amendments to read as follows :

1. It shall be unlawful for any person in Allegany County
having a. license to keep a billiard table or tables, under Sec-
tion 8, Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Licenses," sub-title "Billiards," to allow any one
to play on or use said table or tables between the hours of
twelve o'clock midnight and six o'clock in the morning. Nor
shall any one except the proprietor or his bona fide employee
be allowed to loiter or loaf in that part of the room where
said table or tables are kept, during said closing hours or on the
Lord's Day, commonly called Sunday, and said room shall
be open to public view during the said closing hours. Nor
shall anyone under the age of sixteen years be allowed to use
said table or tables or to frequent, loiter or loaf in said part of
room, where said table or tables are kept.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 661.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 173
of Article 75 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, as said section was enacted by the Act of 1914,
Chapter 432.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Section 173 of Article 7.5 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, as said section was enacted by the Act of 1914,
