same in Charles County, Maryland; the said money arising
from the sale of said bonds shall be expended in the discre-
tion of the Board of Education or duly constituted school
authorities for said Charles County.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted. That the proceeds from
the sale of bonds heretofore provided for, shall be paid by
the Treasurer of Charles County to the Treasurer of the
Board of Education of Charles County on a requisition from
the Hoard of Education of Charles County as other funds
are paid out, and the said Board of Education of Charles
County is hereby authorized to make requisition on said
County Commissioners and the said County Commissioners
are hereby directed to pay over the sum realized from the
sale of said bonds, less expense in preparing and issuing said
bonds, in accordance with the provisions .of this Act, and the
Board of Education of Charles County shall keep a separate
account of the funds so received, and of the expenditures
thereof, and shall make a detailed statement to the citizens
of Charles County, Maryland, at the time of publication of
the annual report of said Board of Education for all expendi-
tures of funds derived from this Act for the fiscal year covered
by the said annual report.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the . question
whether said "Public School Improvement Bonds of Charles
County, Maryland," shall be issued or not by the County
Commissioners of Charles County, for aforesaid purposes,
shall be submitted to the registered and qualified voters of
Charles County, Maryland, at the regular election to be held
on the second day of November, 1920, and the Supervisors
of Elections for Charles County, Maryland, are hereby di-
rected to have ballots printed to be used in said election,
in clear, plain, bold Eoman Capital twelve-point type, submit-
ting the question, "Shall bonds, not exceeding $100,000.00, be
issued by the County Commissioners of Charles County, Mary-
land, for the purpose of building new school houses, improv-
ing and repairing old school houses, and equipping or con-
solidating same in Charles County, Maryland, as provided
by Chapter —, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, Session 1920."
After which shall be printed, on separate lines, with a
square or box to the right, and opposite, the words "For
