CHAPTER 500.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 10
of Article 62 of Bagby's Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title, "Marriages."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 10 of Article 62 of the Code of General
Laws of Maryland (Bagby's Code) be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, so as to read as
follows:
SEC. 10. The Clerk of the Court shall receive two dollars
f6r every license issued as aforesaid and for the performance
of the other duties required by this article.

CHAPTER 501.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Chapter
374 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed in the year 1912, entitled "An Act to amend.
Article 91 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title, 'Surveyor and State Survey/ " by adding a
new section under the sub-title, "Public Roads," prohibi-
ting the use of wheels or devices upon the same injurious
to the surface of roads and highways, which is codified
as Section 70-A of Article 91 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland; title, "Surveyor and State Survey," sub-title,
"Public Roads," and to re-enact same with amendments.

CHAPTER 502.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the State Roads Commis-
sion of Maryland to build, construct and thereafter main-
tain as a part of the State Roads System, an improved
concrete highway from McLane's Corner to Tolchester
Beach in Kent County, Maryland, a distance of about
three miles.
