An act to make valid the Instrument of Writing therein
mentioned.

|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the deed or bargain and sale or instrument of
writing of William Spence, and Sarah, his wife, Robert
Spence, and Francis his wife, and James Spence, and
Nancy, his wife, all of Jefferson county, State of Ohio
to Aquilla Wiles of Harford county, in the State of Ma-
ryland, bearing date the twelfth day of December, in
the year of our Lord, ,one thousand eight hundred ant
thirty-five, and duly recorded by Henry Dorsey clerk,
in Liber H.. D. number nineteen, folio nine, one of the
land record books for said county, be, and the same is
hereby declared to be as valid and effectual in law to
all intents and purposes as if the said instrument of
writing or deed of bargain and sale had been acknowl-
edged and executed according to law.

An act supplemental to an act, limiting the time for the
collection of fees of Attorneys, Solicitors, Clerks, Re-
gisters, Sheriffs and other Officers of this State, pas-
sed at December Session, eighteen hundred and thirty-
three, chapter two hundred and fifty-eight.

Time extended
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time limited by the act to which this is a sup-
plement, be, aud the same is hereby extended two years
from the fifteenth of March next, for all such fees and
levies now due and delivered to the sheriffs and col-
lectors of this State, before the fifteenth day of March
last, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
