Resolution in favor of Kitturah Wall.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is here-
by authorised and directed to pay to Kitturah Wall, or
order, widow of William Wall, soldier of the revolu-
tion, out of any unappropriated money in the Treasu-
ry, the half pay of a private, as a further remunera-
tion for his services, during her life.

Resolution in relation to the repairs of the Court House
in Talbot County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to the com-
missioners of the tax for Talbot county, or to their or-
der, the sum of five hundred dollars, which said sum of
money shall be applied exclusively to the repairs of
said court house; provided, the county of Talbot shall
levy and pay an equal sum to the same object.

Resolution in favor of Worcester County Court
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian be, and he is hereby authorised and re-
quired to furnish one copy of Harris' Entries, if it can
be procured, and if not, one copy of Evans Harris, for
the use of Worcester county court.
