83 ~ Case against Thomas Relph for buying a shoat from Indians on 12 September 1692, contrary to Act of Assembly 10 May 1692 forbidding purchase of any flesh from Indians other than venison, wildfowl or other vermin, at penalty of 5000 lbs/tbco; Peter Dent Clerk of Presentments; Relph pleads not guilty; Sheriff calls Jury: Matthew Scarbrough (foreman), Thomas Walston, John Jones, James Curtis, John Brown, Samuel Long, Edward Green, Christopher Snoswell, James Hill, Nathaniel Horsey, George Lane, Archibald Smith; evidences: William Layton, Thomas Canyolin; Jury finds Relph guilty.
83 ~ Case against Katherin Barroch, spinster, for fornication and bearing a bastard; identifies Thomas Wilson as father; Court orders she pay 25 days work and post security; Barroch makes bond for £10 for good behavior and appearance at Court to prosecute Wilson; security Edward Green.
84 ~ Case against Susannah Church for fornication and bastardy; child now deceased; identifies Gabriell Powell as the father; Court orders she pay 25 days work and post security; makes bond for £10 for good behavior; securities Gabriell Powell, Walter Read.
