tion of any of the provisions of the Act of 1908, Chapter 179
and of the Act of 1890, Chapter 334, or any of the amend-
ments to either of said Acts, and all violations of the provisions
of said Acts or either of them, and of the amendments thereto,
that shall have occurred before the passage of this Act, shall be
prosecuted to conviction and punishment to the same extent as
if this Act had not been passed.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts, whether the same be general, local or other laws, incon-
sistent with any of the provisions of this Act are hereby re-
pealed so far as the same may be inconsistent with any of the
provisions of this Act
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 32.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert
County, Maryland, to levy a sum of money to build a school
house for colored children on or near Back Creek in Election
District No. 1.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Calvert County are
hereby authorized to levy upon the assessable property of Cal-
vert County at the next levy, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500. 00), for the use of the School Commissioners of said
County to build a school house for colored children on or near
Back Creek in Election District No. 1 of said County.
