him from said delinquents.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 306.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
County to levy annually a sum of money for the support oi

Catherine Bruggerman and Pauline Bruggerman, of said
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Harford County, be
and they are hereby authorized and empowered to levy annually
a sum of money not to exceed two hundred dollars for the sup-
port of Catherine Bruggerman and Pauline Bruggerman, both
being residents of said County.

CHAPTER 307.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 305
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1914,
title "Harford County, " sub-title "Birds and Game. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 365 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1914, title "Harford County, " sub-title "Birds and
Game, '' be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, to read as follows:

SEC. 38. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time, to
shoot or otherwise kill or pursue with such intent, any of the
following named birds within the limits of Harford County,
viz.: Blue bird, thrush, martin, mocking bird, swallow, oriole,
red bird, cat bird, sparrow (except English sparrow), whip-
poorwill, wren, pewit, goldfinch, sapsucker, hanging bird, wood-
pecker, night hawk, bull bat, blue jay, kill-deer, field lark,
