sessable property of Talbot County in the year nineteen hun-
dred and sixteen a tax sufficient to pay the interest on all said
bonds to July first, in the year nineteen hundred and
seventeen, and in addition thereto Bonds Nos. 1 and 2;
and in the year nineteen hundred and seventeen, and annually
thereafter, shall levy, a tax sufficient to pay the two bonds
maturing each and every year thereafter, and interest on all
the bonds issued under this Act and outstanding and unpaid;
and the amount of said tax shall be kept separately by the
County Commissioners of Talbot County and designated as the
"Talbot County Bridge and Road Loan Fund. "

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the bonds hereby author-
ized to be issued shall be exempt from. all taxation for State,
County and Municipal purposes, and that the coupons for the
interest thereon shall be receivable by the County Treasurer of
Talbot County in payment of County taxes.

SEC. 5. And be it -enacted, That the proceeds arising from
the sale of said bonds shall be used for the purpose of paying
for bridges already built, for bridges now in process of con-
struction or about to be constructed, and for the construction of
roads already built, for roads now in process of construction
or about to be constructed in said County, and repairs to same,
and the expenses incident to this bond issue.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June first, nineteen hundred and sixteen.

CHAPTER 304.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
167c, lC7d, 167e, 167f and 167j of Chapter 403 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1910, entitled "An
Act to add 13 sections to Article 15 of the Code of Public

Local Laws, title 'Kent County, ' sub-title 'Roads, ' to follow
Section 167 of said Article 15, to be known as Sections 167a,
167b, 167c, 167d, 167e, 167f, 167g, 167h, 167i, 167j, 167k,
167l and 167m, and to repeal all other laws, or parts or
sections of all other laws so far and no further as the same
conflict or be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, "
and to add immediately after Section 167m thereof two
additional Sections to be kn6wn as Sections 167n and 167 o.
