county to execute writs; also to authorize said Citizens'
Committee to borrow money and otherwise contract indebt-
edness and obligate said part of said Village in amounts not
exceeding ten per cent, of the assessed valuation of the real
property within said part of said village; also constituting
said Martin's Addition 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the Village of Chevy
Chase, a corporation for such purposes and authorizing said
Citizens' Committee to act therefor; also to repeal Chapter
383 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1910,
authorizing special levies for said Village of Chevy Chase,
in so far as the same may apply to that part of said Village
known as H. M. Martin's Additions 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the
Village, Chevy Chase, Maryland, and herein defined as
Martin's Additions 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the Village of Chevy
Chase.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the purpose of this Act, Martin's Additions 1,
2, 3 and 4 to the Village of Chevy Chase, of Montgomery
County, Maryland, as hereinafter described shall constitute a
special tax area or district, and shall be deemed and taken to
comprise certain parcels of land, namely:

Boundaries.

The sub-divisions in said Montgomery County made by H.
M. Martin of Montgomery County, and known as Martin's
Additions 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the Village of Chevy Chase, as per
plats recorded among the Land Records of said Montgomery
County.

Plat of sub-division of original lots Nos. 8, 9, 13 and 17 in
W. R. Griffith's Addition to Chevy Chase, Maryland, Plat 62
filed July 14, 1904, in Plat Book No. 1 of the Land Records
of Montgomery County,. Maryland (known as Martin's 1st
Addition to Chevy Chase).

Plat of Sub-division of lots Nos. 6, 7, 12 and 16 in William
R. Griffith's Addition to Chevy Chase, Maryland, August 3,
1904, plat 66 filed October 12, 1904, in Plat Book No. 1 of the
Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland (known as
