CHAPTER 237.
AN ACT to prohibit the Board of County School Commissioners
of Prince George's County from borrowing any money on
the faith and credit of said County, or issuing any scrip or
certificates of indebtedness of any kind binding said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for the Board of County School
Commissioners of Prince George's County to borrow any money
or give any note or security for the borrowing of any money
on the faith and credit of Prince George's County, unless they
are especially authorized so to do by an Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That no note, scrip, cer-
tificate of indebtedness, or either evidence of indebtedness here-
after issued by the Board of County School Commissioners of
Prince George's County shall be binding upon the said County
and payable out of the funds thereof, unless the same shall be
especially authorized by an Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland.

CHAPTER 238.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section 140 of the Code of
Local Laws of Prince George's County, Maryland, title
"Circuit Court, " sub-title "Crier of Court, " being Section
118 of Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County of 1888.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 140 of the Code of Local Laws of Prince
George's County, title "Circuit Court, " sub-title "Crier of
Court, " being Section 118 of Article 17 of the Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County of 1888, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
