hotel for which the said license was granted. And no such
person shall sell any such liquors at any place in said city
other than upon the premises named in said applicant's written
affidavit; and no such license shall authorize sales by any per-
son who shall neglect the requirements or violate the provisions
of this Section.
Section 211. All licenses issued under this sub-title of this
Article shall expire on the first day of May annually, but
licenses may be issued for a shorter period than one year upon
the payment of a proportional part of the license fee herein-
before provided for.
Licensee issued under the said sections of this sub-title shall
be transferable as traders' licenses now are under the public
general laws of this State; provided, that before any license
under this sub-title of this Article is assigned or transferred,
the assignee shall have complied with all the provisions of the
aforesaid sections required of any applicant for an original
license, except the payment to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the hereinbefore mentioned license fee.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of May, 1917.

CHAPTER 200.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of
Chapter 514 of the Acts of Assembly of Maryland of 1910,
as the same were repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 457 of
the Acts of Assembly of 1912, and by Chapter 357 of the
Acts of Assembly of Maryland of 1914, and by an act of
the General Assembly of 1916, and to re-enact with amend-
ments sections 2 to 23, both inclusive; the said re-enacted
sections being a new charter for the town of Mount Rainier,
in Prince George's County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of
Chapter 514 of the Acts of Assembly of Maryland of 1910, as
the same were repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 457 of the-
