aforesaid action of the State Roads Commission of Maryland
in executing said agreement of indemnity in said bond.

Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the said actions of the State Roads Commis-
sion of the State of Maryland in executing said agreement of
indemnity with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Com-
pany and in executing as principal said aforementioned bond
with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as
surety, in the penalty of fifty thousand dollars ($50, 000) in
favor of the United States of America, conditioned as aforesaid,
be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the said
actions of the said State Roads Commission of the State of
Maryland are hereby declared to be binding upon the State of
Maryland as though power and authority to enter into said
agreement of indemnity and said bond had been expressly and
specifically conferred upon said State Roads Commission of the
State of Maryland by the General Assembly of Maryland prior
to the execution of said agreement of indemnity and said bond.

CHAPTER 186.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments (Sections 51,
52, 55, 60, 91, 93 and 95 of Article 48, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, as legalized by Chapter 21, of the Acts
of 1912, and Chapter 16, of the Acts of 1914, of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland title "Inspection, " sub-title
"State Horticultural Department" and "Agricultural
Lime. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 51, 52, 55, 60, 91, 93 and 95 of Arti-
cle 48, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as legalized by
Chapter 21, of the Acts of 1912, and Chapter 16, of the Acts
of 1914, of the General Assembly of Maryland, title "Inspec-
tion, " sub-titles "State Horticultural Department" and "Agri-
cultural Lime, " be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
