and such transfer shall be unlawful unless all prior stampings,
markings and taggings upon such article shall remain thereon.
Section 177S. The Secretary of the State Board of Health
may make all necessary rules and regulations to carry this
act into effect. Such rules and regulations shall be filed in
the Secretary of the State Board of Health's office, and shall
not take effect until thirty days after such filing.
Section 177T. Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
shall upon conviction be punished for the first offense by a
fine not exceeding One hundred dollars ($100. —) and for the
second or any subsequent offense by a fine not exceeding Five
hundred dollars ($500. ) or by imprisonment of not more
than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the
discretion of the court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall be
so interpreted and construed as to effect its general purpose to
make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act may be
cited as the Uniform Cold Storage Act.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all acts or parts
of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners
of Queen Anne's County to borrow upon the faith and
credit of said County, a sum not exceeding Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($60, 000. 00), and to issue and sell coupon bonds
therefor, for the purpose of building and improving public
roads, and for the building of new bridges and culverts,
wherever the County Road Engineer of Queen Anne's
